Third-party websites, payment processors, model hosts, login providers, and services linked from or used with EasyAIVoice are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, security, retention, or privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account and billing data, including email address, account identifiers, login provider identifiers, subscription metadata, transaction metadata, invoices, payment status, and support history. We may collect content and usage data, including model links, uploaded audio, generated audio, generated files, private model records, prompt or conversion settings, job status, logs, diagnostics, device metadata, browser metadata, network metadata, IP address, cookies, analytics events, and operational telemetry.
We may also collect security and compliance data, including fraud signals, abuse patterns, moderation records, takedown records, enforcement records, account risk signals, and communications you send to us.
3. User content and generated content
You are responsible for the content, files, URLs, voice models, uploads, generated outputs, and downstream uses you submit to or create with the services. We may process that material as necessary to operate, secure, investigate, improve, moderate, and enforce the services. We do not accept responsibility or liability for user-generated content, generated outputs, third-party model artifacts, third-party files, or the conduct of users.
4. How we use information
We may use information for any legitimate business purpose, including operating the service, processing conversions, maintaining accounts, handling billing, providing support, debugging, analytics, product improvement, security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, auditing, moderation, legal compliance, debt collection, dispute handling, backups, business planning, and enforcement of our terms and policies.

We may disclose information to affiliates, vendors, hosting providers, inference providers, payment providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, communications providers, professional advisors, insurers, auditors, authorities, law enforcement, counterparties in corporate transactions, and other third parties where we determine disclosure is necessary, appropriate, legally required, useful to protect rights or safety, or connected to operation of the services.
6. Retention and deletion

We are not responsible for retention by third-party services you use with EasyAIVoice.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage, transmission, authentication, model processing, or internet operation is fully secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, deletion, corruption, interruption, or misuse caused by third-party acts, user conduct, compromised credentials, force majeure, platform providers, infrastructure failures, model providers, payment providers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. Requests are subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, technical feasibility, disproportionate burden, security interests, fraud-prevention interests, and our legitimate business interests.
