These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyAIVoice websites, apps, APIs, account systems, conversion systems, billing systems, communications, and related services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and authority
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally permitted to use the services, and authorized to bind yourself and any entity you represent. You are responsible for all activity under your account, credentials, files, links, models, and outputs.
2. License and ownership
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, software, interfaces, designs, systems, infrastructure, trademarks, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property.
3. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for content, model links, uploaded files, generated files, generated audio, outputs, private models, public shares, prompts, settings, and downstream uses. You must have all rights, permissions, consents, licenses, and legal bases required for anything you submit, process, generate, share, download, distribute, or commercialize using the services.
We do not endorse, verify, guarantee, monitor every instance of, or accept liability for user-generated content, generated outputs, third-party models, third-party model files, third-party URLs, or user conduct. You understand that generated results may be inaccurate, infringing, offensive, unusable, unavailable, delayed, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, exploitative, harassing, hateful, privacy-invasive, security-invasive, spam, malware, impersonation, fraud, evasion, or platform-abuse purposes. You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, payment systems, rate limits, security controls, account restrictions, takedown processes, model restrictions, or enforcement actions.
5. Enforcement and account removal
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and with or without notice, to investigate, reject, remove, disable, hide, moderate, limit, suspend, terminate, ban, or otherwise restrict any account, content, model, URL, file, output, job, feature, payment access, share link, API access, or platform use for any reason or no reason where legally permitted, including suspected abuse, risk, nonpayment, operational burden, legal exposure, or violation of these Terms or our policies. We may cooperate with authorities and third parties where we determine it is necessary or appropriate.
6. Fees, subscriptions, refunds, and changes
Fees are charged as listed at checkout and may change at any time. Subscription access depends on successful payment, provider availability, and account status. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by us, payments are non-refundable. We may modify, limit, meter, reprice, discontinue, or remove any plan, feature, capacity, integration, model path, or service without liability.
7. Third-party services
The services may depend on third-party infrastructure, payment processors, login providers, hosting providers, model hosts, APIs, analytics tools, and other third-party services. We are not responsible or liable for third-party availability, acts, omissions, policies, security, pricing, content, models, files, outputs, retention, or data handling.
8. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your account, content, files, model links, generated outputs, downstream use, violation of these Terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or misuse of the services.
9. No warranty
The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, data-loss, business-interruption, reputational, substitute-service, content, output, model, or third-party damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us for the services in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $50.
11. Release
You release the Company from all claims and demands arising out of or related to disputes between you and any third party, user-generated content, generated outputs, third-party model files, takedown disputes, account enforcement, payment provider decisions, or downstream uses connected to the services.
12. Dispute resolution and forum
Where permitted by law, disputes must be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and class actions, jury trials, representative claims, and collective proceedings are waived. If arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable for a particular claim, exclusive venue will be in courts selected by the Company, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by laws selected by the Company, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where non-waivable law applies.
14. Survival, severability, and assignment
All provisions that by nature should survive termination do survive, including ownership, user responsibility, enforcement, fees, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability, release, dispute resolution, and governing law. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and the remainder remains in effect. We may assign these Terms freely; you may not assign them without our prior written consent.
15. Updates and entire agreement
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Changes are effective immediately unless otherwise stated. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. These Terms, together with policies referenced by us, form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the services.
